About Us
About Our Website / Foundation
The Friend of God Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the foundational truths of the Orthodox faith.
We are honored to say that our ongoing work has been blessed by His Grace (The Canadian Bishop) Mr. Georgie, and the American Metropolitan Bishop of New Gracanica, Mr. Longin.
Our desire is to serve both the church and all of mankind by providing material on our website about such topics as church history, personal growth through Christ, Apostolic and Holy Father’s teachings.
Matthew 5:3 "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” This website is designed for the poor in spirit, for those who are hungry and thirsting after the righteousness of God and spiritual food that strengthens the spiritual man in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The Friend of God Foundation is an independent, Serbian community fellowship sponsored by the generous gifts of supporters like you. Thank you.

The Apostles Creed (Symbol of Faith)
We believe in one God, the Father, Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth,
And of all things visible and invisible:
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Only begotten;
Begotten of the Father before all ages;
Light of Light, True God of True God, begotten, not made; of One Essence with the Father,
By Whom all things were made:
Who for us men, and for our salvation, came down from the Heavens, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary,
And became Man: And was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered, and was buried;
And arose on the third day according to the Scriptures: And ascended into the Heavens,
And sits at the right hand of the Father;
And shall come again with glory to judge both the living and the dead;
Whose Kingdom will have no end: And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of the Life,
Who proceeds from the Father, Who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified,
Who spoke by the Prophets: And in One, Holy, Catholic (Universal) and Apostolic Church.
I confess one Baptism for the remission of sins. I look for the Resurrection of the Dead;
And the life of the Age to come.
Amen.
